Homes by KM is owned and operated by two locals who are born and raised on the island of Oahu. We've heard many stories of homeowners struggling to keep up with the cost of living in Hawaii, which forces many locals to leave the beautiful state in search for a more affordable location. It's unfortunate to see families having to give up their homes with only a minimal gain or sometimes at a loss from the original purchase of their home. We knew that there was a way to help homeowners gain control of their situation and to provide the opportunity to make a return on the investment of their homes.

Our journey began when we received the opportunity to learn from established real estate mentors who presented us with different solutions as to how we could help distressed homeowners and provide answers to their problems. Our mentors inspired us to further invest in our education, which led to increased knowledge and confidence in the real estate industry. Homes by KM is equipped with the resources to build a successful business based on leveraged experience and proven systems. Our educational foundation paired with access to established mentors, allows us to strategically invest in real estate, and make the best decisions when analyzing our real estate deals. Most importantly, we've equipped ourselves with creative strategies to provide win-win solutions that we can offer to our community.
